Building the Foundation

We began with telecom tower infrastructure projects, focusing on quality, reliability, and customer trust. Our early success helped us establish a strong footprint in multiple regions.

We refined our processes, strengthened our team, and prepared ourselves for the bigger steps ahead. It became a turning point that shaped our journey forward.

2023

A Milestone Year

We achieved one of the biggest milestones in our journey by becoming a public company and successfully launched our ₹25 crore IPO in Nov’23 . This listing marked a new beginning for our growth and increased investor confidence.

Additionally, this year we also added 400 new telecoms towers, expanding our reach and service capacity.

Launch: FPO & Entering in FTTH & Smart Systems

In Jul’24, we successfully launched our ₹150 crore FPO , strengthening our financial capability for expansion.

In Aug’24, we acquired Fusionnet and Comway to enter the FTTH segment, and Parametrique to expand into smart systems. These acquisitions helped us grow beyond towers.

2024

A Year of Strong Expansion

In Feb’25, we acquired Tikona Infinet , giving us a strong entry into the ILL enterprise segment and expanding our services for business connectivity.

In Oct’25, we expanded our FTTH portfolio by acquiring Blue Lotus & Whitefield Communication, adding more reach and capability to our fiber network.
